Zillow MCP server. Real-estate tools for your AI assistant.
Connect Claude, Cursor or VS Code to a hosted MCP server and ask for Zillow homes for sale, sold homes, rentals, price history and Zestimates. One typed tool per route, across five sources.
100 free credits · No credit card required · No Zillow login
claude mcp add --transport http realtycrawl https://api.realtycrawl.com/mcp \ --header "Authorization: Bearer $REALTYCRAWL_KEY"{ "mcpServers": { "realtycrawl": { "url": "https://api.realtycrawl.com/mcp", "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer ${env:REALTYCRAWL_KEY}" } } }}Typed tools, not a scraper prompt.
Each tool takes the route's own inputs and returns the same typed rows as the API, so your assistant gets clean data, not a web page to read.
Hosted, nothing to install
Add one URL and your key. No local server, no browser automation, no proxies to manage.
Five sources, one schema
Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, StreetEasy and Auction.com. Ask your assistant to compare a home's estimates across sources in one prompt.
Finished results
The server waits for each call, so the assistant gets rows, not a job to poll. Area searches return compact rows to save context.
Read-only and keyed
Every tool is read-only. Your key stays in your client config, never in a prompt.
The Zillow tools. Credits per call.
The same tools exist for each source. Setup for every client is in the MCP guide.
| Tool | Credits | What it does |
|---|---|---|

One prompt gives your assistant the endpoint, the sign-in header and how to wait for a result, so its first script works.
I'm building with the RealtyCrawl API. It returns real-estate data from Zillow as typed JSON: homes for sale, sold homes, rentals, property history, estimates and comps. Read the docs first: https://realtycrawl.com/llms.txt OpenAPI spec: https://realtycrawl.com/openapi.json Rules for the code you write: - Base URL: https://api.realtycrawl.com/v1 - Auth: send the header "Authorization: Bearer <key>". Read the key from the REALTYCRAWL_KEY environment variable. Never put it in browser code. - Zillow sold homes: GET /zillow/sold?zip=<5-digit ZIP>&sold_within_days=90. You can send city and state instead of zip. - A call often answers 202 with status "pending" and a poll_url. Poll GET /jobs/<request_id>?wait=20 with the same header until status is "complete" or "failed". - The rows are in result.data, each with address, sale_price, sold_date, sale_price_disclosure and source_url. sale_price is null when the price isn't public; result.field_notes says why. Never replace a null with a guess. - result.summary has median_sale_price and median_price_per_sqft. For the next page, send result.next_cursor as cursor. - A search costs 1 credit; property details and comps cost 2. A free account starts with 100 credits that do not refill, so save results while testing instead of repeating a call. Start with a short script that prints the median sale price for ZIP "80221". Then ask me what I want to build.
An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server gives an AI assistant tools it can call. Ours lets Claude, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients search Zillow homes, sold homes and rentals and look up any home's history, without writing code.
RealtyCrawl is not affiliated with Zillow.
No. The server is hosted at https://api.realtycrawl.com/mcp. Add the URL and your API key to your client and the tools appear.
31 tools: one typed tool for each route, such as zillow_sold and zillow_property, for Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, StreetEasy and Auction.com, plus get_result, account_usage and api_status. All are read-only.
Not one we could find. Zillow retired its public API in 2021, and its current data access goes through partner approval.
The same as the API. Most calls cost 1 credit; property and comps cost 2. Start with 100 free credits, no credit card required. A slow call returns a request ID, and fetching its result with get_result is free.
It works with any client that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP with an Authorization header. Clients that only start local servers can connect through mcp-remote.
