Zillow	`listings`, `sold`, `rentals`, `property`, `estimate`	Zillow homes for sale, sold and for rent across the US, plus property details with full price and tax history, and Zillow's Zestimate. Not affiliated with Zillow. Collected signed out. Photos are never returned or stored.

Zillow area searches take every location input: zip, city with state, bbox, or lat with lng and radius_mi.

These come back under extras on Zillow rows.

Listing rows

`extras.home_type_raw`	string or null	Zillow's own home type code, like `SINGLE_FAMILY`.
`extras.days_on_zillow`	integer or null	Zillow's "days on Zillow" count.
`extras.zestimate`	Money or null	Zillow's Zestimate on the search card. Zillow's estimate, not ours.
`extras.rent_zestimate`	Money or null	Zillow's Rent Zestimate on the search card.
`extras.tax_assessed_value`	Money or null	Zillow's "tax assessed value". Its basis can differ from the county assessed value in `tax_history`.
`extras.building_name`	string or null	Building name, for `listing_kind: building`.
`extras.units`	array	For a building: `{beds, rent_from (Money)}` per unit type. Empty for a single home.

Sale rows

`extras.days_on_zillow`	integer or null	On sold rows, Zillow counts days since the sale here, not days on market.
`extras.zestimate`	Money or null	Zillow's Zestimate on the search card.
`extras.rent_zestimate`	Money or null	Zillow's Rent Zestimate on the search card.
`extras.tax_assessed_value`	Money or null	Zillow's "tax assessed value".

Property rows

Field	Type	Description
`extras.home_type_raw`	string or null	Zillow's own home type code.
`extras.tax_assessed_value`	Money or null	Zillow's top-line "tax assessed value". The core `tax` field uses the county record instead, because the two can use different bases.
`extras.property_tax_rate`	number or null	Zillow's property tax rate, in percent.
`extras.buyer_brokerage`	string or null	Buyer's brokerage on the last sale.
`extras.days_on_zillow`	integer or null	Zillow's "days on Zillow" count.

Zillow shows at most 820 results per search. We split large areas behind the cursor.
On sold rows, Zillow's own "days on Zillow" counts days since the sale. So sold search leaves days_on_market null. property works it out from the price history.
The Zestimate is Zillow's estimate, labeled source: zillow. We don't make our own.
